Chris Chugg

Chris is a psychology graduate with 15 years experience of recruiting across permanent, temporary and fixed term solutions. He works closely with businesses to fully understand their recruitment requirements and to resource candidates with the right mix of skills.

Chris started his recruitment career working for a FTSE 250 recruitment business. He was responsible for winning a number of large customer accounts and recruitment campaigns.

Tom Miller

Tom focuses predominantly on business development, mentoring and developing the team, and managing our retained client assignments.

He has worked for a Fortune 500 Recruitment Business as well as client-side for a FTSE 250 Technology Organisation.

Tom is also a former British Champion 400m runner and Captain of the Welsh Athletics Team.

Nigel Griffiths

Nigel has successfully managed and grown a number of technology businesses through implementation of a dynamic sales strategy and via acquisition.

A former board member of the Institute of Welsh Affairs, he is now Chair of Cardiff Capitol Region Business Council and also, Director at Lexington Corporate Finance.

Nigel joined Vargo in 2020 and works alongside Chris and Tom to drive the strategy and focus for the Vargo team.

Ben Carver

Ben is the Founder of Fraser Carver Executive Search.

Ben has almost 20 years’ experience within the recruitment sector, having started his career working for an independent finance recruiter in the South West before launching a S&P 500 recruitment companies operation in the South Wales region.

Over the last 10 years Ben has focused on executive level staffing both locally and in the City, working on mandates with an emphasis on leadership transformation.  Ben has worked with start-up, high-growth and listed companies and works with the board to identify high calibre talent that can help fully realise businesses potential.
